A Winning Attitude
Individual player development, focusing on both physical skills and mental attitude, is at the center of our development model. Every interaction with our players is guided by the belief that attitude is the most important quality in a player’s success, on and off the court. We ask players to maintain a winning attitude, which means staying positive and respectful with teammates and coaches, and putting forth maximum effort at both practices and tournaments, regardless of the scoreboard.
TRYOUT AND SELECTION PROCESS
Mass Elite Basketball holds tryouts each year to select players for our teams. Tryouts are generally held for Spring teams in January/February, while sessions are held in August for Fall teams. All student-athletes are encouraged to pre-register in advance for tryouts. Typically, tryouts cost $35 per player, although we do offer an “Early Registration Period” for returning players to register at a reduced tryout fee.
