Coach Dylan Pella enters his 1st season as a member of the Mass Elite administrative team and coaching staff. Coach Pella currently serves as the JV Coach at NEPSAC Austin Prep School in Reading, previously serving as Assistant Varsity Coach at Shepherd Hill from 2019-2021. Coach Pella has previous experience as a coach and administrator for the Central Mass Swarm and worked on the administrative team at All Academic Basketball.
