Coach Cesar is a Mass Elite Alum from the class of 2014. A three-year starter and Middlesex League All-Star Point Guard at Watertown High School, Cesar went on to play four years at Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT). A standout on both sides of the ball, Cesar finished his Wentworth career top 5 in total assists and assists per game and also finished top 10 in total steals and steals per game. During his time at Wentworth, Cesar coached several successful fall and summer league teams for Watertown High School, including the 2018 D3 State Championship team which was led by his younger brother, Julio Fulcar.
